Position Overview
The part of the Procurement Team Lead is mainly to lead the team answerable for the management and administration of Purchase Orders and Delegates with subcontractors but may on event sustenance the management and administration of agreements with customers. The fruitful applicant will be accountable for confirming that the organization chooses the maximum suitable goods and services on the base of price, quality, distribution times and services sustenance. The effective candidate shall communicate with all relevant departments for all diminishing and obtaining events related to vendors and sub-contractor suppliers.

Academic Qualification

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering   
  • Master’s Degree in Management qualification in Supply Chain Management

Professional Experience

Minimum of 5 years related knowledge, with established leadership ability. Skilled acquaintance of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Roles. Working knowledge with procurement systems and contractor negotiation. Experience in applying and sustaining financial systems. Able to demonstrate comprehensive accounting systems knowledge and an understanding of subsidiary ledgers. A intense continuing attention and pertinent knowledge in Maintainable Procurement and/or Corporate Sustainability. A high level of English language skills, both written and verbal. High level of computer literateness, with exact requirements for Word, Excel and Outlook.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The responsibilities of the Procurement Team Lead are, but not partial to Leadership, Administration and keeping fit of the Procurement Function.
  • Keep detailed histories concluded the offering procedure to confirm suitable and effective delivery to Project/ Operations teams.
  • Providing marketable advice to Project Management and Processes Teams.
  • Vigorously endorse and winner the use of best practice to certify obedience with the organization’s strategies and events.
  • Communicating among contractors, manufacturers, pertinent interior departments and customers. Progress and preserve Contracts & Obtaining policy & strategies
  • Prominence any main commercial risks or problems to Organization and effort with them to confirm the best resolution.  Making reports and data
  • Make exact and financial pricing of proposals with due regard to seller/ sub- contractor locations and marketplace services. Contribution in audits as essential. Appearing meetings and trade discussions.  The post receptacle will be predictable to travel as required both nearby and transnationally.

This position will be typically reporting to the Financial Head of an organization.

Salary ranges depending on the skill. Naturally, Procurement Team Lead will be paid INR. 8,00,000 – INR. 10,00,000 Annually.
