Supplier Relationship Manager to link their increasing crew. Academic Qualification

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration    
  • Master’s Degree in Management qualification in Supply Chain Management (Desirable)

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 7 years’ knowledge in a 3rd party supply chain management atmosphere.
  • Established knowledge in handling & evolving supplier relationships plus contract negotiation.
  • Management of annualized average cost settings, rating, & price out agendas.
  • High considerate of Obedience necessities and Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Counting authentication requirements and Regulatory prospects.
  • Working information of Superiority Organizations within a controlled atmosphere.
  • Aptitude to understand engineering drawings/specifications/familiarity with contract rapports and circumstances, statements of work.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm stability of the supply chain, grow & implement risk organization processes to confirm no risk of supply.
  • Answerable for exchanging and founding promised terms for assigned partners to certify customer business wants are met.
  • Achieve supplier pricing appraisals and COGS discount projects to drive compact Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Works with suppliers to decrease lead times and growth general supply chain agility.
  • Participate with Franchise team to support deliberate projects including RFP/RFQ procedure for new and existing business programs with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Confirm suppliers achieve 98.5% weekly product accessibility through ongoing management of the supply base, risk valuations, contracts, and periodic business appraisals with suppliers.
  • Participate & develop continuous supply chain improvement practices to support the sustained focus on delivering improved value and service levels.
  • Behaviors supplier landscaping activities, grows selection criteria to support new supplier identification and evaluation to ensure selection of qualified sources for new product and manufacturing needs.
  • Creates supplier benchmarking processes & contributes to business reviews to drive and improve supplier performance.
  • Participates with key stakeholders within [Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Franchise team, Regulatory, etc.] to ensure timely delivery of business projects.
  • Contributes and engages in Make Buy reviews & decisions.
  • Determination abide to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Policies and any relevant other EHS documentation.
  • Resolve comply with all relevant training required and adhere to relevant associated certification.

Salary ranges depending on the skill. Naturally, Supplier Relationship Manager will be paid INR. 8,00,000 – INR. 10,00,000 Annually.
