Industry Process:
The operation begins with preparing of raw materials, where the aluminum is either purchased or manufactured in the industry. Now, the aluminum is undergone for heating process under a temperature between 240-degree F- 1000-degree F, and the aluminum is heated continuously until it changes its shape into liquidity. Then, the shaping process begins, where the aluminum is allowed in profile shape metal structure in order to form the defined shape and based on the requirement the profile shape gets differ. Shaped aluminum product is allowed in a cool surface to harden the material and then, smoothing or coating process takes place. Finally, manufactured aluminum is undergone for inspection to ensure its quality and standard.
