Industry Process:
This industry operation starts with designing process in order to determine the product’s characteristics, manufacturing process, and final outcome. In wire drawing process, the inner material copper/iron/aluminum are been thinned according to the defined standard. The annealing process is performed by heating the wire in order to avoid oxidation. Then, the combination of wires are twisted for better flexibility and electrical performance. Coatings or insulating materials are applied over the wire and they are allowed for finishing process. Finally, the manufactured wires and cables are undergone for inspection to ensure its standard & quality and then, they are packed for further distribution.
