Production Process:

High grade steel, alloyed with certain other metals, plastic and fibres are the major raw material used in manufacturing hand tools and saw blades. Titanium, zirconium, and chrome are the main material used for coating purpose. Designing is being done according to the requirement and specification.  The metal sheets are allowed in an adjustable drawing machine, were it outlines the required shape in the metal sheet. Then, the metal sheet is allowed at a high temperature of about 1,350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 hours and the automatic machines are used to cut the metal into the required shape, this process, also can be done manually. Now, the shaped metal is undergone for cooling process and then, the coating materials are applied in the tool, in order to prevent from corrosion. Finally, the handles are assembled with the tools and these, tools are undergone for inspection to check its quality.
