Production Process:
Brass, steel, lead alloy, aluminium, polypropylene are the major raw materials used for manufacturing bullet cases. Lead styphnate is a chemical substance used as a gunpowder, and they vary from black gunpowder to a more modern smokeless powder which contains nitrocellulose. The bullets are being designed according to the size of the gun cartridge and based on the standards the size of the bullets are predefined.  With the help of automatic machines, the case is being manufactured according to the required size. Then, the correct amount of propellant is charged inside the bullet and they are fitted into the open end of the case. The bullet is coated with lubricant, in order to prevent from corrosion and then, the bullets are ceased tightly with the caps, so that the moisture cannot invade the powder. Finally, the cartridges are allowed for inspection to check its quality, were as most manufacturers shoot thousands of their own cartridges as part of their inspection process.
