Chrome vanadium, oil tempered wire, chrome silicon, stainless steel, and music wire are the major raw materials used in production of spring. Designing is being done according to the requirements. Applied force, solid height, raw materials and prototype are the major factor that need to be considered while designing. Coiling the spring is the first step involved in the production, were the steel wires are winded around the shaft and the shaft metal is heated to increase the flexibility of the wire. After the metal get coiled, immediately the metal was removed from the shaft and dipped into the oil. Now, the spring is allowed for hardening process, were it is alleviated by heat treatment and then, placed for cooling process. After hardening process, the metal is undergone for shot peening, in this process, a machine is used to strengthen the steel to prevent the metal from fatigue. To function efficiently and remain stable at a certain length, the material is allowed for setting process, were the coils compressed by multiple times. Finally, liquid rubber or metal such as chromium or zinc are used for coating purpose in order to prevent from corrosion and then, the springs are allowed for inspection to check its quality.
