Position Overview
The Fulfilment specialist will be working in coordinating freight and fulfilment services, including collaborating with logistics service teams and also will managing the daily activities of warehouse and distribution operations, and other required management. This person will be the point of contact for providing in-house support for all transportation and fulfilment issues. He should have a flexible working style and process-oriented.

Academic Qualification

BS/BA degree in any stream will be acceptable
MBA or advanced degree will be a plus

Professional Experience

5+ years of industry experience in inventory control, fulfilment centre or warehouse
2+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs, including external and internal stakeholders

Professional Certification

Roles and Responsibilities

Collecting and investigating data to identify ways to reduce the timeline required to launch products
Leveraging the technology and using it to enable a scalable and low-cost launch structure
Prioritization for all businesses following the roadmap concepts and goals
Constantly working with multiple strategic partners
Monitor only responsibilities related to the global logistics process, including developing SOP's for incoming inquiries
You will be engaged in solving logistics issues
Record and report performance of inventory accuracy
Having a deep knowledge of the global fulfilment process would be very helpful
Order fulfilments connected with Saas contributions

Competencies

Experience in CRM tools
Written and verbal with cross-functional teams and managing leadership

Good opinion, self-confidence and high energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Illustrated aptitude in acquiring/applying industry expertise successfully in inventory cycles.
Proficient in Excel skills, including pivot tables

Travel Requirements: This position requires 40% of travel.
