Position Overview
This position involves managing inventory and purchasing methods of raw materials and additional supplies. You will be maintaining the visibility over inventory throughout the system and also be responsible for generating reports and dashboards.

You will be analysing the historical sales data for efficient materials handling in the business. Assist the production in a high-velocity environment and delivery orders just-in-time.

Academic Qualification

BA/BS Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
BA/BS degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, inventory management or related field.
MBA in the supply chain, logistics, and materials management is also preferred.

Professional Experience

6+ years of previous business experience, preferably in supply chain or related field.
4+ years in handling materials in a business

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement input to capacity planning (Latest estimates/annual process) and also actively participate in manufacturing meetings
You will be assigned in the cycle count process and guarantee that materials are stored in the designated locations
Supervise the Lean raw material replenishment and storage on the production platform, including initial checks, daily usage estimations, trigger intents, and reorder supplies
Planning to manage and also ordering the critical supplies for manufacturing.
Demand forecasting and supply planning to achieve the availability of materials and commodities at a minimum cost.
Leads distribution network, maintains the inventory and analyses demands in order to develop plans to ensure the desired delivery times and order fill rates are achieved works in the development of new policies and guidelines for effective quality control.
