Drive product/manufacturing events through control and responsibility. Ensure budgeted production is reached on all lines. Meet line production objectives including changeover purposes, repairing failures to required timelines, checking downtime.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Master's degree in Engineering
MBA on operations/business

Professional Experience

Two (4) or more years of experience in all areas of factory product work.
Express a high level of focus, acknowledged and management competencies.

Professional Certification:

Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-6)
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Roles and Responsibility

Must constantly concentrate on developing line production, limiting downtime, increasing changeover course on all lines. Must change issues enduringly, and not simply until they occur repeatedly.
Ensure engineering knowledge is carried on to all techs and engineers as needed.
Direct people to guarantee all are working to expectations and optimizing their offerings.
Create and provide adequate line start-ups, strong cleaning removing all material is made, design new product runs efficiently.
Promote an atmosphere of idea formation, no complaints. Manage charges as they appear and generate solutions quickly.
Must demonstrate openly with the company what is expected.
Persistent monitoring and updating of SOP’s as needed
Keep the people responsible.
Monitor frames review and address incompetence thru coaching and real motivation and/or formal disciplinary action if needed.
The competent supervisor will acquire a system to ensure obligations are met and then secure people do what they are assumed to do.
