Position Overview
As a regional sourcing specialist provide functional support for improving inventory efficiencies. This person must have great knowledge of regular inventory methods, direct the workflow of the recording team, ensure record accuracy is kept, and mistakes are solved to limit disruption of the stock chain.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Professional experience
- 2 years of expertise in regional sourcing and other related activities of inventory
- 5 years in handling various sourcing methods across different industries.
Professional Certification:
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-6)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
Roles and Responsibility
- Execute acquisition strategies into the use of the sourcing method, as directed.
- Serve with field workers, requestors and stakeholders to clarify designations, ground source options, improve regularity and differently further value compared to buying.
- Strategy analysis in connection with market planning or associated offices within the Logistics Modernization Program.
- You will contribute material support by the combined management or administration of communications-electronics major and/or I unimportant items.
- Treatment research in connection with market planning or associated roles within the Logistics Modernization Program.
- Maintain willingness guide details at a general inventory controller point which involves demands resolution, distribution or redistribution of supply, acquisition permission or funds administration.
- Implement analytical information or support to Logistics Modernization Program users.
- Engage in policy making, procedural conferences or conferences to relay conclusions/comments for the directorate.
