Position Overview
The Senior Estimator will be accountable for maintaining and managing all estimating projects in regards to transportation and shipping bids, predominantly serving high distribution, transmission projects. Prepares cost-estimating assistance for the preparation of bids and plans

Academic Qualification 

• High school degree is must
• BA/BS in Economics, accounts or finance.

Professional Experience

• 8-10 years of illustrated and related experience in solution providing and Estimation in the industry across diverse consumers 
• Minimum 2 years of estimating experience

Professional Certification

• Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
• Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Support in the scheduling, stocks and displays for BOEs
• Regularly conduct BOE beginning and regular situation meetings
• Manage and distribute BOE-wide opinions
• Support estimating organisations and traditional reference details for BOEs.
• Promote and Implement BOE training.
• Appraise and support automated tools.
• Generate an overall assessment plan on more substantial projects and organise the estimating organisation, as required to roll-up all knowledge into the final evaluation
• Control and select estimating support to designs decided to estimate
• Compete in all assessment reviews alongside the Senior Administration Team
• Support market development with professional information and client conferences as requested
• Foster and manage strategic Subcontractor and Vendor relationships
• Participate in contract and change order negotiations
• Provides detailed calculations in accordance with the range of work, working quantity take-offs, managing manpower, machinery requirements, tangible things and subcontractors.

Travel Requirements: This position requires 5% of travel.

Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically this position will be paid 7, 00,000 – 9, 00,000 annually based on experience.
