Position Overview
Manager site operations have oversight for effective production operations, as it relates to protection, employee assistance and engagement, quality merchandise production, and cost control.
Academic Qualification
- S./B.A. in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or similar degree highly preferred
Professional Experience
- 8 years of related experience in an Operations Manager role, managing multiple stakeholders
- 3 years of senior leadership roles in any business
Professional Certification
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-4)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of Team Managers & allocated Overall responsibility for assigned businesses including aid delivery, KPI achievement and client fulfilment
- Actively control stock, service level and quality and make improvements as needed
- Acquire, report & continuously improve performance processes
- Support outside customer associations, key stakeholders and liaise with different functional areas
- Estimate the performance of immediate reports and provide coaching and development
- Provide robust communications of all plant initiatives and production expectations.
- Reduce expenses on shift for efficient use of important parts
- Control devises to promote effective operations.
- Efficiently cooperate with other Department Managers ensuring a sound and cohesive team atmosphere
- Apply defined partnership and facility procedures and practices.
- Supervise employee achievement through regular interactions and year-end performance evaluations and individual commitment plans.
- Select and order all work practising community in the Operations area
