Position Overview
Manager site operations have oversight for effective production operations, as it relates to protection, employee assistance and engagement, quality merchandise production, and cost control.

Academic Qualification

S./B.A. in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or similar degree highly preferred

Professional Experience

8 years of related experience in an Operations Manager role, managing multiple stakeholders
3 years of senior leadership roles in any business

Roles and Responsibilities

Direct supervision of Team Managers & allocated Overall responsibility for assigned businesses including aid delivery, KPI achievement and client fulfilment
Actively control stock, service level and quality and make improvements as needed
Acquire, report & continuously improve performance processes
Support outside customer associations, key stakeholders and liaise with different functional areas
Estimate the performance of immediate reports and provide coaching and development
Provide robust communications of all plant initiatives and production expectations.
Reduce expenses on shift for efficient use of important parts
Control devises to promote effective operations.
Efficiently cooperate with other Department Managers ensuring a sound and cohesive team atmosphere
Apply defined partnership and facility procedures and practices.
Supervise employee achievement through regular interactions and year-end performance evaluations and individual commitment plans.
Select and order all work practising community in the Operations area
