Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or similar degree highly preferred
- MBA in business management and operations management would be preferred.
Professional Experience
- 10 years of experience global and within the country distribution.
- 5 years of experience in management/supervisory roles in manufacturing, distribution and/or supply chain environment
Professional Certification
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

- Recognizing and producing leadership to achieve high service quality and on-time purchases to customers.
- Strengthening important plans and resources to drive continuous and sustainable developments through the utilisation of disruptive technology, lean six sigma practices, and effective representative commitment programs
- Control high measures for operational exercises, ensuring that the quality administration system systems are implemented completely the warehouse
- Efficiently develop and manage organizational support, policies and schemes for enhanced depth and magnitude of capacities
- Guarantee agreement with contractual metrics
- Select, train, promote and evaluate staff efficiently, and interview with the HR organisation as needed
