Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance
- Master’s degree (Nice to have)
Professional Experience
- At least 8 of experience in Procurement, Supply chain management
- Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office software (Mandatory)
Professional Certifications
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-4)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively drive enforcement of strategy, identification and realisation of savings opportunities to create a competitive advantage for the business and mitigate supply risks.
- Responsible for key strategic supplier selection and contract negotiations relating to the inert complex.
- Support Preferred Supplier List plus Supplier Relationship Management.
- Resolve grievances and conclude corrective actions in case of defective materials or unacceptable performance, regular reviews, visits and supplier audits.
- Measure the performance of vendors with respect to quality of work, cost, timelines and other related parameters.
- Implement supplier business, financial reviews on strategic business direction and analyse issues at supply market level and supply chain level.
- Manages the actual procurement processes for the Company’s needs all year round and in active real-time connection with respective user departments to ensure conformance with above-stated Company policy objectives.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and review of corporate strategies, annual technical project plans, policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and monitor deals to be sure that vendors and supplies fulfil with the terms and conditions of the contract and to regulate the need for changes.
- Recognize cost saving opportunities and drive optimistic results across functions.
- Categorize and manage blockage and capability restraints and expansion opportunities. Timely update and release daily, weekly and monthly metrics charts.

Travel Requirements: Technical Procurement Lead requires 30 % of travel based on organization standard policies.
Seniority Level: Associate

Salary ranges depending on the experience. Typically, Technical Procurement Lead will be paid Rs. 4, 00,000 – Rs. 7, 50,000 annually.
