Production Process:
The major raw materials used in production of conveyor and conveying equipment are raw rubber, synthetic rubber, whiting, processing oil, zinc oxide, stearic acid, rosin, anti-oxidant, accelerator, sulphur, pine tar, carbon black, canvas/fabric, colour/paints, pigments, etc., According to the requirement the designing process is done by using some computer aided software. The parts of the conveyor are manufactured through automatic machines and then, they are undergone for assembling process by manually or automatically. Rubberizing the cloth by calendar machine and rubberizing the cloth by spreading machine are the two types of method involved in manufacturing of conveying belts. Finally, the manufactured machines are undergone for inspection to check its quality.
