The steps for manufacturing Mowers are:

Step 1: Raw Materials
In the very first step, all the raw materials for the parts of the mower must be collected so that there should not be any chance of stockout. A mower generally has around 270 individual parts including an engine, variety of parts and many pieces of standard hardware. Raw material for all these parts should be collected.

Step 2: Parts Manufacturing
In the next step, all the parts of the mower will be manufactured separately. Manufacturing a mower requires strategic placement of parts and synchronization of people and tasks. Parts such as, mower pan, handlebar, bearings, covers, plugs, blades etc. will be manufactured in this step.  

Step 3: Assembly
In this step, all the parts of the mower will be assembled together to make a complete machine. All the assembling process will be done under the supervision of the experts so that any small mistake could be avoided which can be hazardous.

Step 4: Testing and Packaging
In the final step, the quality of mower will be tested by the quality assurance team. Once all the machines pass the required quality tests, will be shipped to the customers.
