There are 3 major types of dialysis which will be performed in Dialysis centres. (A) Haemodialysis – End stage renal failure where instead of filtration done be kidney, the artificial procedure is carried for 3 to 4 hours, it can be done in Dialysis centre or at Home. (B) Peritoneal dialysis – by using dialysis solution both soluble substance and water content are removed by transfer via peritoneum; this can be done by patient itself many times a day. (C) Nocturnal dialysis – 6 to 8 hour procedure normally done during sleep in a Dialysis centre

High workload make the Dialysis Technician/Nursing job tedious and it may not be suitable for too emotional people who witnessing the patient with pain and suffer on day to day basis.

Earlier diagnosis will prevent people from renal disease. Frequent checks on Blood pressure, Blood and Urine samples and monitoring of the medication taken might help us to take care of ourselves from those disease. Comparatively the prevalence of the disease is much higher in Urban area than in rural areas due to lifestyle, food habits and Environment.
