Situated in the British Columbia province, Surrey is at the south of Fraser River and north of the Canada-United States border. It is the second largest city in the province in terms of population after Vancouver. The climate here is mainly inter-coastal Pacific Northwest which is characterized by mild, sunny summers and rainy, wet winters. Some of the attractions in this city include Crescent Beach which is a rocky beach with scenic views, Peace Arch Provincial Park which is a park and garden for relaxation situated at the Canada-USA border and Queen’s Park which is a family friendly recreational facility.
