Position Overview
This position will oversee all the Transportation operations for multiple support purposes, including arrangement, claims support assistance, provider associations, call focus and field operations. You’ll be working in close collaboration with technology & product partners to deliver the agreed value statement to the end consumers.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, supply chain Engineering.
- MBA in business administration or related degree is required.
Professional Experience
- At least 15 years of industry-related expertise and also three years in leadership management wanted.
- 10+ years of transport-related experience in a dynamic growth environment that functions efficiently with a small budget and team.
Professional Certification
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-6)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibilities
- operate with additional members of the senior management team to execute the strategic vision of the firm
- Organizes displays and describes the necessary direction of the organization’s plans based on company culture and policies.
- Produces and develop geographical organizational policies, methods and business strategies to improve organizational growth.
- Cooperates with the administrative leadership team to develop and adhere to company goals while fulfilling expertise and leadership on works on projects and other systems.
- Cooperates with other departments and workflows to carry out the organization’s purposes and intentions.
- Explains key performance pointers to help stimulate the geographical leadership organisations to maximum production.
- Surveys and approves cost control reports, cost assessments, and staffing qualifications for projects.
- practices and determines the regional budget for the year
- Develop periodic achievement reports and quality scores to the CEO and other leadership.
- Knowledge of technologies and trends in employment management.
- Classifies training requirements and ensures individual training is developed and implemented.
- Completes other related responsibilities as prescribed.
