Position Overview
The controller has to maintain and develop our organization's business performance and manage our accounting operations. Duties for the Controller will involve maintaining accounting records, assessing and enduring risk, guaranteeing compliance with management, publishing business statements, managing accounting operations, examining financial data, controlling expenditure, forecasting revenue, regulating auditing processes, and guaranteeing the accuracy of commercial information

Academic Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounts and finance
  • Degree major in business, accounting, economics or related discipline. 
  • CPA preferred
  • MBA or Master’s in accounts

Professional Experience

  • 10+ years of accounting practice in either country accounting
  • 5 or more years related experience required.

Professional Certification

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Completes all closings and results reviewed and refined financial statements, on time.
  • Coordinates mid-month projects and ensures efficiency and timeliness of examination.
  • Identify operators of variances to estimates and forecasts.
  • Secure all the tax filings are performed & finished on time.
  • Build and execute short- and long-range departmental purposes, goals, policies, and performing procedures.
  • Treatment, place and manage an organizational building and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's intentions and purposes
  • Coordinates mid-month projects and ensures efficiency and timeliness of review

Travel Requirements: This position requires 40% of travel.

Seniority Level: controller

Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically this position will be paid 4, 00,000 – 6, 00,000 annually based on experience.
