Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Master's degree in Engineering
- MBA
Professional Experience
- 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Manufacturing or Supplier Excellence with a meaningful time spent in negotiating with supplier quality problems.
Professional Certification:
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-6)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibility
- Be accountable for managing a team of Supplier Quality Builders to form and perform procedures in collaboration with plants and countries globally to build a robust class system as healthy as drive sustainable changes in the quality of commodities and co-operations inside the supply base
- Cooperate with production departments globally to set agreed Metrics / Key Production Indicators (KPIs) to include quality before-mentioned as Price of Poor Condition, Poor Parts Per Million, Non-Conformance Articles / Conflicts, etc.
- Discover strategies that guide to sustainable developments in the established quality metrics and guarantee an understanding of proactive and foremost indicators to preempt and anticipate quality problems within the global supply home.
- Manage and ensure relevant execution of the supplier requirement rules.
- Command and continuously improve methods that approve and control supplier policies, methods and products.
- Supervise the successful choice and achievement of SPQP (Supplier Product Qualification Process).
