The Head of contracts Manager acts as a key member of the Contracts organisation in direct provision of Business goals and purposes; through the administration of all components of
the contracting gathering. Effective for arranging, controlling and managing contracts through agreement closeout.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, finance
- Master's degree in finance
Professional Experience
- 3 years of direct practice in drafting and negotiating contracts
- 4 years of operations experience in any firm
Professional Certification:
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibility
- Business to government getting officers and program administrators during discussions.
- Control and give direction and leadership to help with many various kinds of contracts
- Informant’s agreement and change status report(s) to ensure timely performance.
- Orders and distributes work to the partners based on the complexity of the responsibility, current workload, and the associate’s abilities.
- Studies another associate’s completed work for technical competence addresses any necessary improving actions, and practices contractual designation authority within designated limitations.
