Position Overview
The Global distribution centre manager will evolve and estimate the strategic pathway for transportation of goods. They will be required to Benchmark, learn, and complete supply chain prepares specific to logistics; most excellent practices and methods to manage service and to minimize asset/logistics-related charges. This manager will be demanded to work cross-functionally with business way managers, administration, and IT associates. This manager will monitor the operational settings levels to communicate on the modern state of the industry. They inclination further work with management to drive constant cost and assistance improvement.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a reputed University
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain in heterogeneous environments
- Project Management Experience is must
Professional Certification
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reports documentation and implementation demands from stakeholders for new dashboards, KPI's, and production improvement actions.
- Tracks, tests, and reports on design status to superior business leadership.
- Responsible to Committee and Operations for business/important goals, including but not restricted to performance and setting level, timeline adherence, resources and resource management.
- Leads key designs to produce a lean logistics performance and
- Accountable for day-to-day services of administration, which incorporates inbound receiving and outbound shipments.
- Secure daily targets are achieved including sustaining turnaround time, on-time shipment, efficiency and productivity.
- Drive Logistics Excellence leadership to adhere to business objectives on course and within funds
