Position Overview
The Inventory Optimization Analyst is accountable for optimizing merchandise availability and most economical cost in a multi-location global shipping environment. Excellent collaboration with other segments of the Supply Chain, Sales, sourcing, Marketing, and Customer Support Partners is important to achieve the purposes.

Academic Qualification

B.Sc. degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, and Finance, Economics or related field required.
A Master's degree in Inventory optimization

Professional Experience

4 years of blended experience in inventory outlining, supply chain optimization or a similar analytical role
least of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in aftermarket services and distribution centres industry

Professional Certification

Roles and Responsibilities

Submit inventory status, movement and change.
work on E&O inquiries on a regular basis
Handle consumption records for consumers and organise the details.
Essential knowledge in ERP or another comparable ERP system.
Essential experience practising and communicating with ERP systems.
Demanded advanced reporting, designing and data analytic skills.
Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
Familiarity with SAP
Expertise with Baan.
Proficiency with Legality
Post and/or lead multiple Supply Chain and Inventory Optimization actions (cost reduction, network optimization, inventory re-deployment, etc...)
Recognize, promote, develop and maintain dashboards and statements for cross-functional teams
