Position Overview
The Inventory Planner is responsible for correctly forecasting replenishment needs and continuing orders to secure the right measures are in the right warehouses at the appropriate time while optimizing supply chain capabilities. The role will coordinate with the replenishment businesses to optimize those systems functionality that supports supplier businesses. This role will also have the ability to ensure common/best practices are developed as industry transitions to improved software distributed business.

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, travel and logistics, business administration or related field
• Master degree in Engineering, Business, and Supply Chain or associated fields.

Professional Experience 

• 2 years of experience in design planning, monitoring, forecasting and interpreting
• One year of experience in planning in large or small scale industries.

Professional Certification

• Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
• Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-4)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manages monthly inventory planning method by collaborating with businesses, investment and shopping to refresh inventory demand plans.
• Examining, preparation, and organising complex job-related exercises for effective and convenient procurement of material and production of a product.
• Decreasing excess and obsolete inventory 
• Operating closely with Global Business Units and New Product Development management teams to ensure a satisfactory and appropriate supply of enduring catalogue and new product presentations
• Strengthening and executing process development changes to reduce complexity and eliminate non-value-added work

Travel Requirements: This position requires 5% of travel.
