Position Overview
The primary objective of a research analyst is to analyse the user behaviours to uncover issues or opportunities for the growth of the organization. This role will communicate with all areas and levels of the business to research and resolve various data problems. The analyst has to work with complex business problems and would have to come with a solution for the business. Implement and promote continuous improvement plans.
Academic Qualification
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, Mathematics or a related field preferred
- Minimum Diploma in Procurement or Engineering related degree.
Professional Experience
- Support Integrated Supply Chain analytics and reporting strategy for the global operations.
- Formulate, practice, and use tools to automate and improve the integration of data from different sources
- Make references and/or lead projects regarding perpetual improvement of department work methods and operating systems
- Assist in data analysis, such as reviewing survey results and developing PowerPoint slides
- Having a strong knowledge of supply chain domain will help
- Maintain the relevancy, accuracy, and timeliness of the company’s enterprise market master data based upon historical data trends and business experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Accomplish Research & Insights functions such as responding to research support inquiries, overseeing sweepstakes management, examining survey programs, and verifying data uprightness.
- Work towards developing content and activities for business solutions
- Collude with different business functions to classify current and future business data events and provide insights for the leadership team
- Coordinating functions would include, but are not limited to: sales & marketing, SEO, producing amenities, finance, production & inventory planning and also supply chain.
- Interpret data design and data management recommendations based upon verified analytical information and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and track process improvements to data accuracy metrics

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
- Skill to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
