Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- (Master preferred) in Business, Supply Chain
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of expertise working in a fast-paced consumer payment background
- Management Experience
Professional Certification:
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-4)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibility
- Direct a team to produce, expand and deliver upon operations metrics needed for our company to meet consumer needs and private company performance goals.
- Manage the thriving execution of cross-functional method development businesses to discuss important business issues or occasions (e.g., forecasting, automation, and productivity improvement).
- Cooperate with other officers in services to ensure flexibility in method, production, and experience across sites.
- Manage the hiring, on boarding, training, and performance management of a team of Program Managers and Business Analysts.
- Identify and advocate for additional resources and reporting needed for your team to succeed.
- Work with our product and engineering teams to make improvements that drive strong results.
