Position Overview
Store Manager will be actively taking part in our day-to-day progress, assist the retail team to maximize the reach of the store, and be engaged in coaching exercises and develop the store team to deliver world-class service. Store manager directing a team to formulate and prepare an excellent store activity for our guests.

The store manager will also be involved in maximizing businesses and gains by using Stable business methods to perform the 7 strategies while producing a standard for guest satisfaction by making your store a model to the customers.

Academic Qualification

• High School diploma/GED with minimum 2 years appropriate background; 2 years college with a relevant degree

Professional Experience

• 5 years’ experience in a retail store with strong operational familiarity
• 2 years working as a store manager in an FMCG company

Professional Certification

• Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
  
• Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-4)
  
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Drive, mentor, advice and improve workers to inspire teamwork, create high employee confidence and promote top players. Record production issues for a possible correction after all preceding coaching endeavours have failed.
• Adhere to the mutual adjustment in all dealings with representatives if applicable.
• Ensure that the merchandising methods apply to existing departments. Downsizing ranges; clearly announced in progress at the phasing connection to expedite store accomplishment.
• Guarantee that the training methods for new/ renovated storehouses are being adhered to by the commodity management unit.
• Secure that there is total assent to the LP and Health & Safety models.

• Prior experience in handling meals service, retail and supermarket management

• Capability to work flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call

Travel Requirements: This position requires 30% of travel.
