Position Overview
Storeroom clerk assists in the Distribution Supervisor to lead staff with offices of General Storeroom. Operates closely by electronic equipment arrangements and inventory control.

In extension to completing the essential duties listed, may be charged additional duties as required.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor's Degree is preferred
High school degree is preferred

Professional Experience

Minimum of five (2) years’ experience as a storeroom in charge
Minimum 2 years of experience in a storeroom in a business

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties in a storeroom environment.
Support and handle elements for putting in a storeroom.
Examine storeroom numbers in an established scheduled practice.
Check accepted storeroom substances as against the records.
Complete dynamic checking of storeroom staples for damages
Promote and create products in a store for the consumers (maintenance technicians) to determine quickly
Determine consumer issues comparing to the condition of their collected pieces.
Provide inventory limitation of storeroom stuff.
Check and report the progress of incoming & outgoing storeroom elements.
Secure storeroom space is kept in a proper and regular way.
Ensure adherence of grounded safety measures of storeroom administration.
Request catalogue parts needed to keep assets and standard specifications
Supported supplies by withholding stock to determine record levels.
Manage record-keeping and re-ordering transactions
