Position Overview
The Transportation and Logistics Operations Assistant will handle production enterprises in a production or field section to optimize supply use, decrease costs and manage quality standards. The professional will provide to operating data management, describing and interpretation, transportation, consumer interaction, industry partnership, and people, support, accounts and design management.

Academic Qualification

High School diploma or secondary school education
BA/BS in transportation or shipping will be preferred.

Professional Experience

Minimum of +4 years of related work experience in any firm
Minimum of 2 years of experience in transport facility

Roles and Responsibilities

Implements scheduling and dispatch tasks by organising and regulating the activity of transporters or accessories.
Associate in producing, managing and achieving regulatory agreement procedures.
Perform official or administrative duties in support of the shipment performance method, performing businesses using industry-standard systems
Design, maintain and analyse production processes to achieve production and group objectives.
Knowledge travel management to determine jurisdiction and entitlements for the managed travel.
Consider travel route, reporting times, flying’s and territory transportation
Complete damage investigations of purchases to ensure no items are disabled.
Support customers in building a record to ensure estimated weight is perfect.
Process requests to move the business from the apartment and/or non-temporary warehouse.
