Position Overview
As Warehouse General Manager, you’ll be accountable for the effective administration in the warehouse, including tradition fulfilment, freight/receiving and inventory dashboard projects. To control daily warehouse work, team delivering and administration, encouraging the repository staff for freight orders and directing duties, as well as regular contact with the senior team.

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Operation, supply chain management or logistics
• MBA in business administration in warehouse distribution

Professional Experience 

• 3-6 years of experience in Distribution or Supply Chain or equivalent experience in Logistics
• Expertise in maintaining e-commerce, air baggage, fulfilment services, air grade progress, or sortation methods.

Professional Certification

• Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
  
• Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement daily supervision of warehouse workers to ensure the safe, and efficient performance in the warehouse
• Manage schedules and assignments of work and ensure time and attendance is properly managed, monitored and confirmed promptly
• Handle all equipment for effective utilization, and organise all equipment support for workers
• Plan staff meetings and also arrange for stockroom activities.
• Compete in trade associations as a company spokesperson.
• Assure the improvement of systems and methods for engaging in the warehouse
• Design, manage and implement depot operations and executive support to meet prescribed departments and service objects.
• Command the actions of the warehouse administration team to achieve the goal through various communication plans.
• Proficient in handling hardware and software technology.
• Assistance for consumer service standards

Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically this position will be paid 7, 00,000 – 9, 00,000 annually based on experience.
