Warehouse supervisor works in organising the structure and securing the line of continuity in the warehouse. Understanding the responsibility of the warehouse and ensuring smooth functioning overall. Execute improvement methods and control methods and practices to decrease costs and maximise performance resources
Academic Qualification
- High school graduate
- M.Tech/B.E. - SCM, Production/Industrial
Professional Experience
- 3 to 4 years’ experience as warehouse Supervisor or similar role, preferably in all kinds of industry

Roles and Responsibilities
- Maximize stock output within quality specs
- Organizing stock records and submitting duly filled production records on a cyclic basis
- Distinguish the skill levels of the operator and assigning him relevant work
- Manage the production of workers and admit training to improve Skill and to follow Schemes, as and when wanted
- To assure equipment before beginning a job changeover and its convenient completion of time
- to directly contact support personnel for repairing issues to ensure minimum production loss
- Guarantee the safety parameters are satisfied throughout the plant
- Recognize issues in plant procedures and suggest alterations
