சிவபெருமானின் அருளால் நடைபெறும் தங்களது ஆலய நிகழ்வில் கைலாய வாத்திய சேவையில் பங்கேற்பது எங்களுக்கு பெரும் பாக்கியமாகும். நிகழ்வின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பிற்கு உதவும் வகையில், கைலாய வாத்தியக் குழுவினரின் பங்கேற்பு தொடர்பான சில தகவல்களை, மற்றும் வேண்டுதல்களை கீழே அன்புடன் வழங்கியுள்ளோம்.

1. கைலாய வாத்தியம் நிகழ்த்துவதற்காக கோவில் வளாகத்தில் தனியாக ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட இடம் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
2. கைலாய வாத்தியக் குழுவினருக்கும் கோவில் அர்ச்சகர்களுக்கும் இடையே ஒருங்கிணைப்பு ஏற்படுத்துவதற்காக ஒரு பொறுப்பாளர் நியமிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
3. மூலவரின் ரத யாத்திரை நடைபெறும் சந்தர்ப்பத்தில், கைலாய வாத்தியக் குழுவினர் அதிகபட்சம் 2 கிலோமீட்டர் தூரம் வரை ஊர்வலத்துடன் இணைந்து வாத்தியம் இசைக்கலாம்.
4. நிகழ்ச்சிக்கான அழைப்பிதழ் அல்லது நிகழ்வு தொடர்பான அறிவிப்பை தயவுசெய்து பகிரவும்.
5. கோவிலின் சில புகைப்படங்களை தயவுசெய்து பகிரவும்.
6. கைலாய வாத்தியக் குழு அழைக்கப்படும் நிகழ்வில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 200 பக்தர்கள் கலந்து கொள்ளும் வகையில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
7. கைலாய வாத்தியக் கலைஞர்கள் சிவபெருமானின் தீவிர பக்தர்களாகவும், சிவபெருமானுக்கும் அவரது பக்தர்களுக்கும் சேவை செய்யும் நோக்கத்துடன் அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் செயல்படுபவர்களாகவும் இருப்பதால், அவர்களுக்கு உரிய மரியாதை, மற்றும் மதிப்பு வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
8. கைலாய வாத்தியம் இசைப்பதற்கோ, கலைஞர்கள் மற்றும் இசைக்கருவிகளின் போக்குவரத்திற்கோ குறிப்பிட்ட தட்சிணை அல்லது கட்டணம் எதுவும் கோரப்படுவதில்லை. சிவபெருமானின் அருளால், குழுவிற்கு மனமுவந்து வழங்கப்படும் எந்தவொரு காணிக்கையும் நன்றியுடன் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும். 
   
   
   

   It is a great blessing and privilege for us to participate in the Kailaya Vadhyam service at your temple event, which is being conducted by the grace of Lord Shiva. To facilitate the smooth coordination of the event, we have kindly provided below some information and requests relating to the participation of the Kailaya Vadhyam team. 

   1. An earmarked space shall be provided within the temple premises for the performance of Kailaya Vadhyam.
   2. A designated coordinator shall be assigned to liaise between the Kailaya Vadhyam team and the temple priests to ensure smooth coordination.
   3. During the Ratha Yathra of the presiding Deity, the Kailaya Vadhyam team may perform along the procession route for a reasonable distance of up to 2 kilometers.
   4. Kindly share the invitation or event announcement with the Kailaya Vadhyam team.
   5. Kindly share a few photographs of the temple for reference.
   6. The event for which the Kailaya Vadhyam team is invited to perform should have a minimum attendance of 200 devotees.
   7. The Kailaya Vadhyam players shall be treated with due honor, respect, and dignity, as they are ardent devotees of Lord Shiva who are committed to offering this sacred musical service for Lord Shiva and His devotees.
   8. The Kailaya Vadhyam team does not have any specific expectation regarding Dakshina, transportation expenses, or the movement of players and instruments. With the blessings of Lord Shiva, any offering made voluntarily to the team shall be gratefully accepted.
