Production Process:

Design
Each board has a unique function and characteristics, based on the requirements of the user PCBs is been made. Designing process is most complicated than the assembling and manufacturing process.

Raw Materials
The substrate that used in PCBs are made by glass fiber reinforced (fiberglass) and epoxy resin with a copper foil bonded on to one or both sides. The board are made with copper material, and to prevent oxidation copper circuits are coated with a layer of tin-lead. Active and passive embedded components like resistor, inductor, capacitors, operational amplifiers, etc. are been used in the board for different applications.
