The steps for manufacturing Electric lamp bulb are:

Step 1: Filament preparation
In the first step, we manufacture the filament of the bulb. Drawing process will be used to manufacture filament of the bulb. Binder material mixed with Tungsten will be pulled through a die and wire like shape will be given to them.  

Step 2: Annealing
In this step, the wire will be wounded around a metal bar and a coil shape will be given to them. The coil shaped wire will be heated to make them soft and more structured.

Step 3: Glass Bulb manufacturing
In this step, the glass bulbs will be manufactured by the blowing process.

Step 4: Base manufacturing
In this step, the base of the bulb is manufactured using molds. An indentation of shape of a screw will be given so that it can easily fit into the socket.

Step 5: Assembling of the parts
In this step, the parts of the bulb, filament, base, and bulb glass which are manufactured in the above steps will be assembled together to make a bulb. All the assembly will be done in the supervision of the experts to avoid any type of mistake.

Step 6: Testing
Once the bulbs are assembled, they will be tested. After the successful testing, bulbs will be packed and will be shipped to consumers.
