The steps of Structural Steel Fabrication are:

Step 1: Drawing creation and sourcing raw materials
In this step, the design of the product will be prepared according to the requirement of the customer. The drawing will be confirmed by the customer before taking any other step. Once the drawing is finalized, the raw materials according to the drawing will be sourced so that there should not be the case of stock out during production process.

Step 2: Cut and drill steel bars
In this step, the steel bars will be cut into the required shape and size using special tools such as, saws, lasers, punches, notches and plasma. The cutting method will be decided according the thickness and strength of the steel bars.

Step 3: Component assembly
Once the cutting process is done, the components will be welded together to give them the required shape and size. The assembly or welding process should be done properly and experts should make sure that the pieces are welded correctly.

Step 4: Shipping
In the final step, the fabricated steel rods will be cross checked and shipped to the customers.
