The steps for manufacturing hydraulic pumps are:

Step 1: Raw Material collection
In this step, the raw materials for manufacturing pumps will be collected from the sources so that there should not be stock out situation during the manufacturing. Raw materials like stainless steel, low alloy steels, chromium, nickel etc. are used for manufacturing pumps.

Step 2: Manufacturing of parts
In this step, various parts of the pumps will be manufactured separately. Parts like motors, shafts, casing, plates, motor adapter etc. will be manufactured separately and will be sent to the factories for assembling process.  

Step 3: Assembling
In this step, the various parts manufactured separately will be assembled together to make pumps. Parts like motors, casings, shafts and many other will be assembled together in the supervision of the experts.

Step 4: Testing
After assembling the pumps, they will be tested. After the successful testing, they will be shipped to the customer for use.
