The manufacturing starts with Ingot Production Process. Iron ore and Coke are melted in a furnace to form Iron Ore. To reduce the carbon content, the molded iron is blasted with oxygen. Then it is poured into a mold. Ingots are shaped between large rollers under high pressure conditions. Blooms are produced as a result of ingots being passed through a pair of grooved steel rollers. When the direction of rollers are reversed , the steel is formed in a more thinner and longer manner. Once the process is repeated long enough to form the desired shape, machines known as manipulators flips are used to smooth the sides. Then the uneven shapes and ends are clipped off. Before the blooms are made into pipes, they are further processed. The blooms are further made into thinner and longer versions by further rolling them. Billets are formed as a result of this process. Flying Shears are used to cut the formed billets. The billets are piled and stacked till the pipe shape is formed. To stabilize them, they are further heated to high degree temperatures. This forms an oxide layer which is then removed by a scale breaker. Thin strips of steel called skelps are formed from slabs. Similarly the slabs are also further processed and rolled till the seamless pipe shapes are formed. The steel metal pipes formed are treated with sulfuric acid. This is known as Pickling. It is then passed through cold and cool water. Skelps are placed in Unwinding machines. As the unwinding takes place, the skelps are simultaneously heated. Then they are passed through grooved rollers, the edges of the skelps are curled to form Unwelded pipes.

Then the steel is made to process through electrodes after which they are passed via high pressure rollers to create a tight weld. Depending upon the size, they are cut into desired shapes and made at a fast rate.

Square billets are used to form seamless pipes. They are molded to cylindrical shapes also known as rounds. High pressure rolling may cause forming of holes in the centre of the pipes. The formation of the holes can be corrected by passing the the pipes through rolling mills.

Once the desired pipes are formed, they are straightened. Then the desired grooves and threadings are done. Then measuring machines confirm the accuracy of production. Next the necessary information are printed on them. Protective oil and necessary lubrication is done. Then galvanization is done. Finally painting is done for the necessary pipes.
