The consequence of implementing an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Manual for Natural Gas Extraction is paramount for ensuring operational safety, environmental compliance, and efficient resource extraction. Firstly, the manual establishes standardized procedures for drilling, extraction, and processing, fostering consistency and adherence to industry regulations. This consistency is vital for mitigating operational risks and ensuring worker safety. Secondly, the SOP manual aids in regulatory compliance, guiding extraction practices to align with environmental standards and legal requirements in the natural gas industry. Thirdly, it serves as a comprehensive training tool, ensuring that personnel are well-prepared to handle the complexities of extraction processes. Moreover, the manual enhances operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing environmental impact, and optimizing resource utilization. In the energy sector, the SOP Manual is instrumental for maintaining high operational standards, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall sustainability and success of natural gas extraction activities.

SOP ToolBox: If you are reading these lines, I am sure you are looking for Standard Operating Procedure guidelines or SOPs itself. In both the cases, searching in internet will not be yielding any great help. Because no company shares their SOP Development Process and certainly don’t share their SOP Documents. The best way to develop an SOP is creating one for yourself. At Fhyzics, we write SOPs day-in and day-out for companies across the globe including some of the Fortune 500 organisations. Our charge ranges from USD 5000 to USD 50000 depending upon the number of processes to be covered. Certainly, this is not affordable to small and mid-size organisations. Hence, we decided to create this SOP ToolBox to disseminate our 8-Step SOP Development Life-Cycle and best practices at an unbelievably low price.
I always say, writing an SOP is somewhere between art and science. So far you may be clueless on where to start and how to progress on an SOP? This will not be the case after you diligently go through this SOP ToolBox. We have summarised all our secrets here to get you started and to deliver a stunning SOP to your management.

The major process of this industry is to exploration, development and production of natural gas by using pumping technologies. During the preparation of rig sites, the companies needs to ensure all safety measures and standard that established by the government and other general authority bodies. In drilling process, 20 to 30 truck loads are put together and the site are drilled more than 1000 feet depth. After reaching 100 feet, a steel case is cemented over it in order to reduce the risk of polluting precious water aquifers. Then, drilling process are done until the gases are trapped. After reaching the targeted depth, the drilled pipes are removed and then, the steel pipes are installed in it. Before installing, the pipes are allowed for Rigorous tests and then, by using some specialized instruments, the gas are extracted and undergone for recycling and production process. Finally, in the site, the well is plugged off and land is recovered to its old state.
