Industry Process:
Cellulosic fibers and other plant materials are the major raw materials used in production of newsprint papers. Pulping is the first process, where the raw materials are allowed for separation and cleaning of pulps. Now, the materials are undergone for dilution process in order to thin the fibre mixture. To enhance the products density, pressurization process takes place and then, the materials are allowed for finishing process, to offer a suitable surface for usage.  In recycling of paper, the used papers are undergone for various production methods such as collection, de inking, refining, screening and cleaning, and then, allowed in the paper manufacturing machine to form as an end product.  Finally, the inspection process takes place to ensure its quality and then, the products are involved in sales and distribution to the respective newspaper or other paper related industries.
