Industry Process:
Processing of fibres is the first process involved in production, where either manmade, recycled or natural fibers are used and the fibers are allowed in the bales after cutting them into determined length. Dyeing is the additional process, which involves to provide specific colour for the fabrics. In bonding process, the fibers are undergone for heating and curing methods, as a result of this process fibers are spread in a uniformed web and they are thermally bonded by using some resins or chemical solvents. Then, the fibers are allowed for finishing process, where either the treatments are done through mechanical (perforating, crimping, stretching, etc) or chemical process. Finally, the fabrics are undergone for inspection to ensure its standard and then, they are packed for sales and distribution to different manufacturing industry sectors or to other retailers.
