Position Overview
Supply Chain head is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the company's entire supply chain and also he will oversee the logistics policy and services to maximize the process performance and richness. Besides, they play a crucial role in formulating strategy and maintaining good relations with business people and distributors. This job position will be customizable because of work nature.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business management, or a relevant field.
Master’s degree in supply chain management is an added advantage.
MBA in Industrial Management is also preferred

Professional Experience

10+ years diversified and continuous work experience in procurement, order fulfilment, logistics, and/or supply chain operations with multiple foreign contributors in multinational conditions.
2+ years of managing an organization

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible in planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy.
Qualified in superintending the Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse Division both for Project as well as for programs.
Proceed and coordinates all exercises associated with the sourcing and procurement of essential supplies needed to engage the growing levels of commodity demand.
Sketch and execute important supply chain optimization designs.
Evaluate and modernise supply chain methods in accordance with new or changing procedures, measures, ordinances and orders.
Advise supplier enforcement to assess the ability to meet quality and transportation necessities.
Ensure forecasts measures to recognise variations or define their impact on supply chain actions.
Responsible in the staffing of industry and expansion and practice of consumers
Lead in the negotiation of action plans and requirements and continuously find ways to develop cost structure.
Follow KPIs and create summaries for supply chain products
Work with internal and external stakeholders to encourage more genuine connection and to manage compliances within the system
