Position Overview
The Manager Production will be accountable for the overall administration of the production department, through efficiently using employees, tools and additional supplies in a secure, dependable, practical, environmentally solid and cost-effective custom in aid of the business unit's production standards. Coordinate stock specifications with support and engineering to ensure shop goals are met.

Academic Qualification

Any high school diploma is must
B.Sc., degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field a four-year college or university

Professional Experience

Four to six years related experience in production or manufacturing industry
A minimum of 7 years of plant production and previous supervisory in any other industry

Roles and Responsibilities

Guarantee daily production plans are completed on-time and are correct, without any defects
Teach and mentor employees and encourage a constant learning-focused atmosphere among the staff
Be responsible for employee relationships and commitment of employee problems in the production floor
work on projects like a continuous improvement as a value of the business and be accountable for identifying difficulties in the pipeline
Handle improvement in processes through various techniques that lead to the enhanced performance of the production
Planning of production processes, setting priorities and sequences for manufacturing teams.
Details or reviews standard operational and practical purposes and ensure that the workers are compliant with standards.
Compiles, database the data and recovers production data.
Launch, support or implement resolutions within designated workflows.

Capacity to read, analyse, and interpret general business problems and work diligently in solving.
Intelligence to define obstacles, assemble data, confirm facts, and draw valid inferences.
The worker usually is required to stand for long hours, drive, sit and reach with hands and arms
