Position Overview
The Production Planning Team ensures the business has strong and cost-optimal labour plans while constantly innovating in several operations pointed at enhancing our customers feel. This team will work with stakeholders and data sources to advise on-going hourly staffing plans. The team will have to collect and analyse data for all aspects of planning. Work to find patterns and trends. This team individually manages inventory levels, production builds, and purchase orders and struggles to identify and resolve problems

Academic Qualification

BS Degree in business, statistics, or related field strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or closely related field

Professional Experience

4 to 6 years of related experience in related production planning functions
A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in the field of the production process.
A substantial amount of understanding of SAP and how to use the system capacities to drive the value for the business
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Advanced Analytics & visualization tools like PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau is needed
Ability to find customer forecasts in the Sales & Operations Planning process and to develop forecast accuracy analysis of the business

Data collection , data wrangling , and reporting skills
Must have a high standard of order and prioritization skills and must be able to execute tasks with insignificant direction from management.
You will have to work with cross-functional teams to communicate on the planning of business
Maintain records of all activities and Coordinates logistics movements with internal/external customers
Reconciles supply and demand by using a supply chain system and reconciling data against the S&OP
10% Coordination with other groups as required to guarantee that catalogue consignments are being met

Travel Requirements: This position requires 25% of travel based on organization standard policies.

Seniority Level: Junior/Senior Analyst

Salary ranges depending on the experience. Typically, for warehouse coordinator will be paid Rs. 5, 50,000 – Rs. 7, 50,000 annually.
