Position Overview
Production Supervisor will manage the projects of hourly workers, directly and indirectly, engaged in Manufacturing and in the shipping department.

Academic Qualification

Bachelors degree
MBA or Advanced Degree

Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years’ expertise directly overseeing employees in a production environment
Experience managing workers in a Unity background

Roles and Responsibilities

Guarantee the highest mark of produced product according to terms.
Guarantee the cost of the moulded product is at or below the predicted cost per thousand by controlling the waste, increasing costs and managing established productivity goals.
Oversee all production duties to maintain the highest calibre product delivered in a timely and regular manner.
Design and manage a safe work atmosphere for all workers.
Accountable for the evaluation, assessment and qualification of all primary and secondary workers within the manufacturing ecosystem.
Understand and reinforce company policies and Union contracts as necessary.
Responsible for staffing of hourly positions with relevant personnel.
Understand the duties of maintenance supervisors in their deficiency.
Manage shipping opportunity personnel and workers as needed
Manage the weekly manufactory startups and/or shutdowns as required.
