Position Overview
This position provides strategic centre by improving and achieving great trainers and great training employees. The overall range of a People Training Manager is to ensure that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their job according to the standards of the business organization. Besides, you will be responsible for assuring quality and standards are maintained effectively ensuring employee satisfaction.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field from a commissioned institution.
- An advanced degree is also preferred
- MBA in business administration, Industrial management will also be considered
Professional Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or relevant training practice, with experience developing training employees and facilitating training courses
- Experience in learning and skill development
Professional Certification
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of internal employees through a Train-the-Trainer program to leverage inside training support and promote education substitution inside the organization for its employees
- Guarantee the production, update and development of skills model to accelerate skills improvement
- Recognize and maintain the Competency Gap Reduction Project with the organisation, to reduce failures due to skill break
- Implement a framework to organise regional training measures
- Discover a learning administration system solution that will satisfy the demands of the production sites
- Encourage the growth of strong learning solutions for both operational and flexible skills

Travel Requirements: This position requires 50% of travel.
