Industry Process:
The industry operation starts with designing process, where the ammunition is designed according to the defined standard and size of the missiles. Lead alloy, aluminium, polypropylene, steel, and brass are the major raw materials used in production process. Based on the predefined standard, the cases of the ammunition are manufactured through various metal production process. Lead styphnate is a chemical substance that perform as a gun powder and it gets vary according to the propagation. The proper amount of lead styphnate are inserted inside the cases and then, they are seized tightly with the caps. In order to prevent from corrosion and rust, the ammunitions are undergone for lubricant coating process. Finally, the ammunitions are allowed for various inspection process to ensure its standard and quality, where more than thousands of own products were exposed by the manufacturer as a part of inspection.

Steps involved in production process:
  •  Designing
  • Sizing the case
  • Inserting the primer
  • Charging the case
  • Assembling
