Production Process:
Paper are the main raw material used to make corrugated cardboard and the different grades of paper are comprise each layer to form a box. Designing is the first step involved in this process, the design is been done according to the requirement and size. Designing process is done through computer-aided design (CAD) programs.

Pine trees act as a primary raw material to manufacture the box. Pine tress are stripped into small piece or chips. These chips are allowed in a high-pressure tank and then, they are cooked with some solution. These solutions are made of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and several other ionic compounds such as sulfates, sulfides, and sulfites.  After cooking, wooden chips will be exploded like popcorn into fluffy masses of fiber and this solution are pumped into Fourdrinier machine (Paper making machine).  Now, the material is first fed through the preheating rollers, then into the corrugating rollers and the steam is applied in both the set of rollers. Then, the cardboard is allowed in a glue station, were the additional layers are fixed. According to the requirement, the cardboard is trimmed and glued to form as a box. Finally, quality inspection is been done and then, boxes are wrapped for sales.
