Production Process:

Steel is the major raw material used in manufacturing dental instruments and also other materials like alloy, aluminium, rubber, glass are used as a sub components in the production. Based on the type of equipment, manufacturing process slightly gets vary and major equipment’s are treated and manufactured in similar method. Designing process is done according to the requirements and specification of the tools. The metal is undergone for forging process, then forging inspection is checked to identify the shape fault in the tools. Machining, milling and binding are done to mould the metal into defined shape. Now, the tool is allowed for heat treatment to harden the material.
After the heat treatment, satin and gold are used to polish the tool to prevent from rust and corrosion. In this stage, the quality inspection is done to identify the faults in tool, if the fault is detected, then the tools will be rejected for further step. Now, the tool is undergone for ultrasonic cleaning and parts are assembled and then lubrication is applied to the screw. Again, the tool is undergone for cleaning process and finally, the tool is inspected for quality check and packed for distribution.
